I feel a bit the tawdry whore because I came up with the verse structure while soundchecking on stage with The Beatings. One of my earlier Garageband experiments. Mike and I have played this tune live in various incarnations, and have re-recorded it in some high-fidelity environments, but this version still does it for me.

Originally intended to be a big, acoustic, reverby ghost of a song. Not quite how it turned out, but if it wasn’t for happy accidents you just might get no happy at all. You may need to jack up the volume on this one, the recording level is a little low.
