Q: What is the Shipping & Delivery Policy?

A: Midriff Records uses the USPS to ship all orders from the web store. All prices include the costs of standard shipping your package inside the United States. For International shipping, expedited shipping or special requests, not shown, please contact us at orders@midriffrecords.com before placing your order.

We cannot provide tracking information for all orders within the United States. However, Most orders should be received within 7 business days from time of the order.

Midriff Records has no control or influence over import duties and taxes levied by foreign governments, and therefore, we cannot be held liable for these charges. Should you require more information, please contact your local customs office for your country’s specific tariff laws and policies.

Q: How long will it take to get my U.S. order?

A: Once you place your order, you can expect it to ship in 1 – 3 days. From the time you place your order to the time it lands in your mailbox, we estimate 5 to 12 days for U.S. orders.

Q: My order still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

A: Though we do our best to ship orders in a timely and secure manner, sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If your package hasn’t arrived and the listed, estimated delivery times have elapsed, please e-mail orders@midriffrecords.com with your order number and shipping address. If something looks funny, let us know. Please see the preorders information below if your order includes a pre-order.

Midriff Records cannot be held responsible for any orders lost by the postal service. However, we will do our best to ensure the happiness of our customers; if you suspect your order has been lost in transit, let us know and we will work with you.
